Subject matter
Processing of Customer Personal Data to provide Etch hosted sync, multiplayer, authentication, backups, billing, and customer-directed hosted AI inference as the customer uses the product. For hosted AI, the customer instructs Informal to transmit only the prompt, context, media, and settings selected for the request to the disclosed routing and model providers.

Security
Informal implements appropriate technical and organizational measures described on the Trust page and in the Security Policy Pack (repository).

Subprocessors
Authorized subprocessors are the then-current list at etchstudios.ai/subprocessors. Image and video generation is routed through fal — Features & Labels, Inc. (fal.ai). Hosted text is routed through OpenRouter. These providers are used only for customer-directed routes. Higgsfield Cloud is gated and not an automatic provider.
