STAGE 02 OF SEVEN / CHAT
Direction, with the Brain in the room.
One shared thread where the concept gets set — then saved as a Look, not retyped.
I have the Brain and the pinned references. Here is the plan.
A shared thread turning a brief into a plan the team can inspect
THE ROLE
Chat is where the direction gets set. It reads the client Brain, it holds the references Explore pinned, and what leaves it is runnable rather than re-describable.
WHAT IT DOES
How it works.
RECEIVES
The references arrive attached.
What Explore pinned comes in as pictures, not as descriptions of pictures, and the client's Brain is already in the thread before anyone types.
In from Explore, and from the Brain.DECIDE
One thread, the whole team.
Hook, angle, product, who it is for. Mention a teammate, a Look, or a document from the Brain instead of pasting it in again. Plans stream while they run, and can be cancelled.
The briefing is the start of the work.SENDS
Save as Look.
The agreed direction compiles into something you can run, so the concept does not sit in a thread waiting for somebody to re-type it into a prompt box.
Out to Looks, and up onto the Whiteboard.

STAGE 02 OF SEVEN
The brief stops dying in the handoff.
It leaves Chat as a Look, and what the Look makes lands in this project's Assets.
