UNDER LOOKS / MODEL CONTROLS

Change the engine. Keep the job.

Pick the route a Look runs on from the managed catalog — image, video, or text — without moving the work.

One creative route branching across image, video, and text capabilities

THE ROLE

The route is a setting on the work, not a different app to move the work into. Change it and the Look, the Brain, and the row stay exactly where they were.

WHAT IT DOES

How it works.

  1. CHOOSE

Image, video, or text — by capability.

The catalog is grouped by what it makes, not by whose name is on the model. Image and video generation is Etch-managed. Hosted chat can use a key you bring. A Free workspace cannot render a frame.

The choice stays with the project.
  2. TUNE

    Node level or parameter level.

Work the graph where the route has to be exact, or the settings where it does not. Either way the controls sit beside the Look they belong to.

Settings are held by the Look.
  3. RETURN

Output lands in Assets either way.

Whichever route ran it, the frame arrives in this project's library tied to the Look — so switching provider does not scatter the job across two places.

    Out to Assets, stage six.

MODEL INDEPENDENCE

The provider is a setting, not a move.

Swap the engine under stage five and the other six do not notice.
